WE ARE HERE TO HELP YOU!

We will work with you and/or your shop to determine the best steps in the repair of your vehicle.

Questions?

Most questions regarding the warranty can be answered in review of your warranty paperwork, the website, or an email to us with your specific question.

After we know what needs to be repaired we can then move into the warranty process where we will provide parts, allow repairs and sometimes replace the product.

After the repair is complete (if not at our shop) we will require defective parts to return to us for inspection.  Simply contact us by phone, or you can email us that it is ready for inspection.  You will need a copy of your repair order, so please make a copy of the repair order from your shop for our records.

Once parts are at the inspection facility they will be reviewed and indicated defects located. When the inspection is complete we can move through the warranty process smoothly because your repair order is on file serving as your request.

Any payments from AB Automotive Transmissions are made via check, so please ensure your mailing address is current with us.
